• Creating Thanksgiving turkey place cards is a charming way to add a personal touch to your festive table. To get started, gather your materials: thick card stock, scissors, a glue stick, and coloured markers or paints.

Firstly, cut the card stock into small rectangles, approximately 10cm by 5cm. Next, fold each rectangle in half to form a tent shape that can stand up on the table. On one side of the card, write the names of your guests in a lovely, legible script.

Now for the fun part! To transform your plain place cards into delightful little turkeys, you can either draw a turkey directly onto the card or cut out turkey shapes from coloured paper. If you opt for the latter, use brown for the body, and vibrant shades like red, orange, and yellow for the feathers. Once you've created the turkeys, glue them onto the front of the card, making sure to leave space for the name.

For an added decorative touch, you might sprinkle a bit of glitter or attach small autumn leaves around the base of the turkey. Once finished, place them at each setting, and your Thanksgiving table will be not only welcoming but also wonderfully festive!
