Staying at a hotel with a baby can be both a delightful and challenging experience. As we checked into the quaint little hotel tucked away in the heart of the city, the charming reception area greeted us with warm smiles and the soothing scent of fresh flowers. The staff were incredibly accommodating, offering us a cot for the baby and providing a highchair for our meals at the hotel restaurant.
Navigating the hallways while pushing a pram proved to be a bit of a task, especially when the corridor felt narrower than we anticipated. However, we found ourselves pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was—plenty of room for the travel cot and just enough floor space for our little one to explore. The decor was a charming blend of modern comfort and traditional elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our family.
Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast in the cafe, where the staff were more than happy to provide us with extra servings of toast to keep our baby content. Evenings were a different story, as we juggled bath time and bedtime routines alongside our own desire to unwind. Yet, there was something magical about sitting on the balcony, a glass of wine in hand, as we watched the sun set over the cobbled streets below, knowing our little one was just a few steps away, dreaming peacefully in their cot.
