The vibrant colours of the seasonal fruits and vegetables made for a delightful experience.     For proteins, I chose free-range chicken breasts, a pack of minced beef for hearty meals, and some flaky salmon fillets for a special dinner. I also stocked up on pantry staples like quinoa, brown rice, and lentils, ensuring I have a good base for nutritious meals.
